Loco Moco Drive Inn in Oahu

I ordered my food to go and very disappointed at my experience and when i tried to call back they are closed. I ordered the seafood combo with pork teriyaki and everything on the plate was okay, except the fish and shrimp. It was super hard and taste super stale/old. If my teeth were weak, i could say the fish and shrimp would've broke it! Im assuming maybe because it was 730 on a sunday night and they were rushing to go home??? Great customer service, but the food was very poor service. Please check your food before you leave this place of you ordered to go.

Great place when comes to some delicious Hawaiian food along with other good entrees. LMDI has great staff that works quickly and wonderful customer service that delivers taste & portions. If you are looking for good food & large portions this is where you want to be.

I don't really eat the food but my husband has me pickup for him sometimes. There is a young woman at the cash register. She's been there a long time and seems to maybe be the one in charge of the front. Anyway, she treats me like gold when I go in there. She's very respectful, polite, and provides great customer service. I would go here just because of how she treats every single time!

Consistent and excellent local food. Major plus: NO MSG!! And brown rice options, but they always run out and have too little, get there early before dinner if you want brown rice. Service can be quite slow, though realize that they are cooking while you wait.

I don’t understand how 3 people who ordered after me get their orders first because you are short 1 cook? BS. This place isn’t worth the wait or the bs. I don’t recommend this Loco Moco location based on the slow and unprofessional service.

Great variety of things to eat from burgers & delicious French fries to plate lunches, combo meals, bowl meals, ice cold slushies to slush floats and more. Great place that I've gone to since I was in high school. Also a perfect place to get food before the beach or water park!! Super friendly staff too!!

Got chicken, pork chop, steak and beef with a cup of white rice, was all wonderful. AND FOR A GREAT PRICE

Went to eat breakfast...... serve until 1200....it was 1145 am..... they said no breakfast anymore.....went straight to big city diner.... sad. They need to fire the manager and or employees...lazy and just plain sad service!

One of the best BBQ chicken plate lunches on the island! Employees are very friendly too.

If you have been to Hawaii or are going again, you *need* to try this dish. This place serves them up fast and affordable. Friendly staff, lots of other menu options, and it looks like most of the customers are locals (which is always a good sign). It's sort of hidden in a small location - a strip mall between Safeway and Longs in Kapolei but worth finding.

Don't go to kapolei loco moco. Need to fire the manager and employees. Sad service and breakfast supposed to close at 1200, but denied when we went at 1145 am. If they are going to close breakfast then just list the time at 1100. Stupid and sad service!

Good place for lunch. Love the local choices here. It just took a while for our food to be done.

The food here was tasty and the cashier was really nice and noticed that our food took a bit longer to come out and was apologetic and even offered my child a complimentary alushie for the wait

I love Hawaiian food and have eaten it all over. This is as good as I've ever had. Skip the chain places and get legit stuff here. Perfectly cooked (often katsu chicken is dry but not here) and great portions.

The Kapolei Loco Moco has an extensive menu, good food, and great service. This is my favorite Loco Moco on the island!!!

Great service, awesome food/flavor/selection, and awesome prices. Nice and clean interior and located inside a shopping center in Kapolei. Parking is mixed with the rest of the shopping center. Will be back often and strongly recommend eating here if you're visiting the island.

A weekend breakfast place, enjoy the food and kind service. There daily special check it out too.

First meal here. Super nice lady behind the counter. She helped explain the menu to me and helped me order what I wanted, despite me not being able to think clearly after a 10 hour flight! I loved the spicy pork lunch plate (the mini size was perfect to finish the day with). My husband got the classic bento and it looked amazing.
